• Materials - no charge if you supply them (I can give you a list). Otherwise a small cost will be added to the price of materials to cover time taken ordering and collecting.
• Mileage - No charge to travel to your property within 4 miles of Peebles but 40p per mile for properties further than 4 miles from Peebles
